We act as deal designer and escrow agent and to make transactions work. Security, privacy, and well defined protocols are the backbone to successful transactions.

Simplicity. A straightforward outline of deal steps is pre-approved by buyer and seller and guided by a seasoned attorney. Representatives are pointed at inception to avoid changing terms or renegotiations.
FOUNDER
Adam Chodos, Esq., CPA is the CEO and primary attorney. He is a practicing private client attorney and has over 20 years of experience in sophisticated transactions. Previously, Mr. Chodos focused on asset protection and taxation at the New York headquarters of Brown & Wood LLP (n.k.a Sidley Austin Brown & Wood) and with Ernst & Young LLP consulting department. Mr. Chodos is special counsel for a variety of professional firms and is a frequent speaker and author for professional business organizations on wealth preservation issues. He holds a Certified Public Accountantcy Certificate. He earned his bachelors degree in economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree, high honors, from Duke University.
He is complemented by various professional team members provide services to Trade Unicorn. They include accountants, appraisers, bankers, security providers, insurers, transport/logistics, asset managers, curators, family office, brokers, etc.
